After a long day of visiting the Metropolitan Museum in New York City, the best part of any museum visit is to find the best restaurant to unwind and dine and ponder through all the art that was visited. Sinsa is a Korean American wine restaurant situated in the East Village of New York City. The restaurant offers an elegant dining experience with well crafted food, cocktails, and more, mixing both authethic Korean flavors with American influences. The restaurant is founded by Owner Richard Jang, who also opened Rice Thief in Long Island and Managing Partner Jay Yang, from Michelin starred restaurant Oiji Mi. The beverage program features a diverse mix of wines, including options from the Old World and New World. Our favorite dish was the Grilled Sea Bass. The fish was perfectly cooked and the skin crisp was to be savored. The Chief Chef of Sinsa is William Lee. The The restaurant takes reservation on OpenTable and also walk-in bar in the back of the cozy restaurant. Next time you are in New York City visiting the Metropolitan Museum, remember to check out Sinsa afterwards.
